Hunger Pains

I have decided not to let myself get too hungry. At the first sign of hunger or every four hours I will eat something that is good for me that way I can make sure I don't over indulge on foods that are not healthy for me.

  1. I read somewhere that sometimes when you feel hungry, your body is actually thirsty. I try to drink a glass of water when i start to feel hungry, if it doesn't go away after a half hour i eat something small. Drinking water before and after a meal, sometimes helps me feel fuller faster and longer.
