I Started Walking Today

I started walking today. I decided to walk to a store that was nearby. It was about a 30-45 minute walk there and back and I rewarded myself with a fruit juice that I drank on the way back home.

  1. Walking is one of the best moves for losing weight and preventing all those overweight related diseases.

    One half hour a day is good.
    100% fruit juice is also good.
