No Turning Back

I have decided that I am sticking to it this time. I have been at this point before, where I had began to lose and I stopped when something happened but this time there is no turning back. I am at the point that I am sweating easily so my body is in fat burning mode and this time I won't quit!

Learn Something New!

I am 32 years old and I just learned to swim. I was nervous about being as old as I am and going to swimming lessons at a local pool but I am so glad I did. I was nervous about wearing a bathing suit but I am so glad I did. Once I got over my reservations it became a really great experience. I also played raquetball the other day for the first time, by myself. I'm sure the people walking by at the track wandered if I had it all because I had to laugh at myself at some of the balls I missed but it was awesome!
