Kefir

I tried Kefir which is a fermented dairy drink. It was sort of like drinking yogurt. It kind of reminded me of buttermilk; I bought the unflavored kind for my grandmother who likes buttermilk and she liked it. I could feel the difference after the first bottle. I couldn't quite put my finger on it but it was just an overall good feeling.
