Glorious Steam

I have been taking advantage of the steam room at my gym; here is a list of some of the benefits of steam
Respiratory Improvement
The large amount of moisture in a steam room offers particular benefits for respiratory problems including asthma, bronchitis, allergies, and sinus issues.
Blood Circulation
Heat in a steam room increases blood circulation, bringing more oxygen and nutrients throughout the body. Immune System
This heat also creates a rise in body temperature which boosts the immune system and helps detoxify the lymph system. Skin Benefits
Sweating opens pores and cleanses skin of dirt and dead skin cells, giving skin a healthy glow, and improving acne and other skin conditions.
Pain Relief
Steam heat also relieves joint and muscle pain, through relaxation, ease of tension, and bringing oxygen and nutrients to these areas.
